(i) A Certificate of Acceptance: When signed by you, this will acknowledge that the Product has satisfactory completed the acceptance test procedures agreed in the supply contract with you, and have been accepted by you.
(ii) A Service Record: A record of preventative and remedial service call carried out on your system by TECNiA Ltd under its contract with you the Customer.
